Where This Work Began
Lake Forest Life Insurance began with a pattern that was hard to ignore. Again and again, families came to us after a loss, holding a policy they did not understand or, worse, holding nothing at all while the funeral home waited on a deposit. Nobody had ever sat down with them and explained what they were buying. We decided to be the people who did.
In the years since, we have talked with grandparents in Lake Bluff planning their final costs, young parents in Lake Forest buying their first term policy and couples in Bannockburn trying to make sense of an old whole life contract. Each conversation added something to how we explain the next one, and each reminded us that the right policy is the one a family understands and keeps.
